We offer garage construction in either wood frame or concrete block. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not do monolithic pours - pouring the concrete footer and the concrete floor in a single pour. Rather, the concrete footer and concrete floor are poured separately. The structure sits on the footer rather than on the floor. This method keeps the structure independent from the structure floor allowing for proper load capacity. Strength of our structures includes the use of a ¾" plywood roof, steel I-beams for door headers, and 2' by 2' footers re-enforced with 3 rows of ½' rebar.
